The contract as guarantee of result in fact, is a fundamental element in the energy efficiency interventions carried out by society, as it outlines the commitments and benefits of the parties, whatever is the funding source of the intervention carried out.

An integral part of the Group’s corporate policy, the contractual aspect has for STAMNOS Energy a twofold character, protect both parties for the duration of each proposed energy service (12-24 months), and as an energy service company (Esco) certified, follow what is required by the standard UNI CEI 11352:2014 in terms of Contract to guarantee result, or Energy Performance Contract (EPC).
